1. Healthy Diet is very Important to keep healthy and fit body and it also help to growth of hair and stop hair loss. We need to eat full of vitamin and protein foods which make hair follicles strong.
2. We need to use natural hair care products to make hair attractive and it also help to make hair follicles strong.
3. Don't pull your hair, it may lead to baldness and you may faces hair loss, pulling hair will make your hair follicles weak.
4. Don't wash your hair regularly, it can be cause of weak hair follicles so wash hair 2 times in week and also use those shampoo which give good result and help to growth of hair, if you see your hair fall after hair wash then stop to use that shampoo and use natural herbal shampoo which has no side effect and free of chemical.
